Return and Refund policy
At Shiloh Wear, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a sizing issue, a change of heart, or a product that didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help you navigate the return and refund process with ease and support.
We have a straightforward 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure your item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at myshilohwear@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, so it’s important to follow this process.
We also want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you accidentally received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’re committed to making it right for you!
It’s important to note that certain items are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Just remember that the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll receive your refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
